I don’t think FAKKU should be an issue because this work was published in COMIC HOTMiLK, not a WANIMAGA publication. Granted, it was republished in a tankoubon which is half-HOTMiLK and half-Kairakuten BEAST, so who knows.

Turns out the term is real, and also applies equally well to this work. BTW, those of us who frequent FAKKU also know Bota has quite a few works there, and some of them are probably more popular with the readers (or at least those who profess to be his fans) because of the puns and word interplay than for the (a-hem) visual content.
